Artiforge, Inc. Acquires Digital Printing Division from Asmodee North America, Inc.
Artiforge, Inc. is proud to announce its acquisition of the assets and operations of the digital printing division formerly owned by Asmodee North America, Inc. (also known as its “Print on Demand” unit). Artiforge, Inc. is a new U.S. business owned by the Minnesota-based venture incubation partnership Strange Stars, LLC.
Artiforge will operate its business out of its existing Roseville, Minnesota location, and intends to assume its existing non-executive personnel.
The business produces high quality, digitally-printed products and related services (such as cards, printed neoprene playmats, laser-cut acrylics, prototype card and board games, marketing materials, and more). In the coming months, Artiforge intends to invest in additional manufacturing capabilities, capacity, and services, and expects to offer its services to new customers starting in early 2020.
